Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SAP & ServiceNow
- Experience in SAP Technology (ABAP, SCC, BTP) and Strategy
- Experience in ServiceNow Technology and Strategy
- Experience in E2E Support Processes (Ticketing, ITdirect, customer oriented, incident management, problem management, escalations)
- DevOps or Software Development experience
