Digital Adoption Consultant

We are looking for an experienced change specialist in the field of digital workplace transformation. As a Digital Adoption Consultant, you will guide and make successful complex technical transformations in the digital workplace from a human-centered approach, ensuring appreciation of technology by employees and increasing productivity and digital skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a role as Digital Adoption Consultant.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Proven experience with change methods, such as the ADKAR method of Prosci, as well as with gamification theories, online learning methods, and change communication.
• Experience with stakeholder management and creating personas.
• Knowledge and/or experience with various workplace technologies such as M365, Azure, and possibly CMS, Learning Management Systems, IoT, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in training, coaching, data analysis, content production, and setting learning objectives.
• Able to motivate and lead teams.
• Possess high organizational sensitivity and persuasiveness.
