The Digital Project Management Analyst will assist project managers in day-to-day coordination and execution of digital initiatives, providing administrative and coordination support, developing project plans, and communicating with internal teams and vendors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital project support or analyst role
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Familiarity with project management software (MS Project)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (MS SharePoint, Teams, HTML/CSS)
- Excellent English skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced database, data mining, and data modeling skills
- Practical application of analytical tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI))
- Experience with financial budgets and forecasts
- Team oriented with collaboration skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
