Keyrus is looking for a Nexthink Solution Expert to contribute to securing activities and ensure the Digital Experience platform is configured correctly and integrates seamlessly with the company ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Nexthink and other monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, servers and endpoints
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) it's a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
