As a Digital Workplace Engineer Lead, you will play a cross-functional leadership role in ensuring the stability, security, and compliant email delivery that support Capital Group's business functions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Microsoft messaging engineering experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and hybrid email environments
- Deep understanding of email authentication and anti-spoofing protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and threat mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with secure messaging technologies, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Experience with authentication and directory services in support of integration across platforms
- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, firewalls, proxies, port usage, DNS and network devices (e.g. routers, switches) as well as experience troubleshooting packet capture analysis
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage complexity, and drive results
- Experience operating in large, regulated enterprises (ideally financial services), and navigating governance, risk, and compliance
- Experience with observability and SIEM interfaces with demonstrated experience in anomaly detection
- Experience with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, ITIL) and integrating automated workflows for incident and change management
- Experience with prioritizing workloads using agile methodologies
