Join Lytx at a pivotal moment as we modernize our Digital Workplace strategy. As a part-time Process & Platform Analyst, you will help accelerate our maturity across ServiceNow, onboarding, automation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms)
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Moveworks
- Proven ability to work independently and produce clear, repeatable documentation
- Experience in audit-aligned environments, including ISO 27001 or SOX readiness
- Strong organizational skills and a bias for action
