ServiceNow is looking for a Director, Financial Reporting, to manage the entire international financial reporting process, including statutory compliance, tax compliance, and ESG reporting. The role involves overseeing the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports, as well as coordinating with internal and external auditors.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant with a background in statutory audit, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in building and managing strong functional teams
- Extensive experience in Ind-AS/ IFRS and experience in US GAAP to IFRS conversion
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting standards (CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, etc.)
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm preferred
- Experience with SAP and Workiva is a plus
- Experience with pre & post-merger integration is a plus
