Director - ServiceNow Solutions & Integrations

Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer and employee experiences through its AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform. As Director of ServiceNow Solutions & Integrations, you will lead a global team responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing enterprise solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow programs
• Demonstrated success designing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
