This role focuses on building a fully automated, AI-enabled future with seamless system integration, data flow, and automated reconciliation, including designing, building, and maintaining integrations between various systems.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between CMDB, identity systems, security tools, cloud services, and network portals.
• Evaluate and recommend scalable solutions for failed integrations.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and autonomous agents for IT operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of three asset management professionals.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, cloud, and network engineering leaders.
