ServiceNow is seeking a Chief of Staff (CCX) to act as a strategic partner to the Senior Director of Product Strategy, Operations, and Excellence, driving focus and execution across one of the company's most strategic organizations. This role involves translating vision into execution, aligning priorities, and ensuring clear communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, relationship-driven, and capable of navigating complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Operations leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to partner directly with executives
  • Proven success driving organizational alignment, performance tracking, and operating rhythms
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Deep experience building and maintaining trusted cross-functional relationships
