Director, Contracts Management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal role.
• Leadership experience at the director or senior manager level.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects and/or contracts.
• Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle (NPI, GTM, Sales).
• Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
