Director, Digital Automation & Workplace Platforms

The role involves strategic roadmaps, platform deployment, collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, and leveraging technology to enhance business processes. This position will focus on building a strong culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years experience in a technology related field or 15+ years equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms (RPA, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow).
• Experience applying AI (Gen AI, agentic AI).
• Advanced collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with platform integration and business-led development.
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive reporting.
