Requirements
- Leads Enterprise Operation Services team, setting goals, providing feedback, addressing performance issues, and fostering staff development.
- Oversees ServiceNow platform beyond ITSM, delegating program oversight, ensuring skills development, and maintaining security coverage.
- Utilizes ServiceNow Discovery and Asset Management for accurate hardware/software inventory tracking and lifecycle management in the CMDB.
- Supports Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, leveraging ServiceNow for automated recovery workflows, response optimization, and testing.
- Manages MSP relationships (e.g., CDW), overseeing contracts, vendor transitions, risk mitigation, and monitoring integration.
- Provides financial and lifecycle oversight of enterprise software licensing, including Microsoft agreements (SCE, EA, Unified Support) and Azure consumption, while coordinating renewals and cost optimization.
- Oversees IT procurement operations, maintaining records on licenses, warranties, and service agreements, while supporting vendor evaluation and selection.
