We are seeking a Director of Executive Compensation to lead the development of executive compensation strategies, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, equity, and other executive rewards. The role will involve partnering with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to align executive compensation programs with business performance and our talent strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 5 years focused on executive compensation
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. executive pay regulations, proxy reporting, and governance practices
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and Workday
