ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Forward Deployed Solution Engineer for their Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team. The role focuses on partnering with customers to develop AI-native solutions and scaling their AI-powered platform, focusing on delivering both tangible business outcomes and repeatable, scalable solutions. This position involves leading engineering teams, navigating complex environments, and fostering a culture of excellence and impact.
Requirements
- 13+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles
- Strong understanding of AI integration
- Skills in system architecture, backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java), frontend (React, Angular), APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- LLM tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Field readiness for up to 30% travel
