Director, Global Employment Tax

Manage and oversee global payroll tax operations, compliance, and funding processes. Ensure accurate payroll tax reporting, timely funding, and adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance or CPA preferred
• 14+ years of experience in payroll tax operations, preferably in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of global federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations; international tax experience is a plus
• Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, EV5, Globalview, Celergo) and case management tools (e.g., Servicenow)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
