Director, IT Asset & Configuration Management

The Director of Asset Management is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and optimization of IT and software assets across the enterprise. This role ensures lifecycle management, compliance, and cost-effective procurement and utilization of hardware and software assets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, HAM and SAM best practices
• Experience managing large-scale software licensing agreements and vendor relationships
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive automation, and reduce cost through optimization
