Director, IT Infrastructure Engagement

Ovation Healthcare is looking for a Director, IT Infrastructure Engagement to oversee the IT Towers of Network, Telecommunications, Infrastructure (including Cloud), End User Computing (EUC), and Field Operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and proven leadership experience in a complex, multi-site IT environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure, including network, telecom, cloud, EUC, and field operations
• Proven leadership experience in a complex, multi-site IT environment
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms (a plus)
• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams
• High initiative and ability to work well within a team environment
• Capability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Strong technical competence and understanding of infrastructure technologies and trends
• Knowledge of services supporting multiple verticals within healthcare and professional services
