AmeriGas is seeking a Director of IT Service Desk & End User Support to drive exceptional user experience for its 10,000+ users across various business units. This role is a strategic leadership position focused on IT service delivery, partnership with business leaders, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will lead IT maintenance, automation, and modernization efforts to enhance employee satisfaction and secure data, while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ensure exceptional performance across IT Service Desk, Desktop Services, Endpoint Management, and Field IT Systems Support
  • Lead enterprise-scale modernization, maintenance and standardization initiatives
  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand service requirements
  • Lead, develop, and inspire teams across multiple functional areas
  • Manage $5M+ annual budget with focus on value delivery
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree. 15+ years IT experience, including leadership skills. ServiceNow experience & ability to manage a budget of $5M+. Knowledge of modern service delivery platforms and 24/7 support
