Director, Operational Excellence & Enablement

Talkiatry is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence & Enablement to build the infrastructure that powers their Care Coordination engine. This transformative leadership role will modernize operational foundations, from agent tooling to training, and build a high-leverage Ops Excellence function. You'll lead the ServiceNow reimplementation and pioneer the rollout of agentic AI, ensuring safe and effective operation. The role involves driving operational transformation, reimagining enablement, scaling training, and building AI-ready infrastructure, all while advising senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience driving complex service operations
