ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Outbound Product Management to scale their CRM and Industries Workflows business area. This role focuses on developing enablement content, understanding customer use cases, and driving product adoption through the ServiceNow CRM portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product capabilities, market dynamics, and strong communication skills to influence product roadmaps and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Product Management or related experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong expertise in shipping commercial software products for Salesforce Automation (SFA), Lead-to-Cash processes (CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Revenue Orchestration)
  • Experience in configuration and shipping enterprise software products
  • Experience in Development/Functional Consulting functions is a plus
