Director , People Services

Intuitive is seeking a passionate Director of People Services to elevate the global People Services & Solutions function. This role focuses on delivering exceptional employee care through service delivery, improving processes, and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality experiences. The role demands scalability, continuous improvement, and a culture of care and accountability, building a model on metrics and SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 12+ years in HR operations or shared services leadership in a global organization
• 5+ years leading HR shared services/operations teams, with expertise in service delivery frameworks and case management tools
• Proven track record of building scalable global models, leading large teams, and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong project management and process design expertise
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and ATS platforms
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
