Director, Release Management

Requirements

• 10+ years related experience in IT
• 5+ years experience in a dedicated release management, DevOps, or senior technical delivery role
• Expert-level knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, CSM, SAFe)
• Experience with ServiceNow products and services
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms
