Director, Release Management

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Release Management to lead the design, build, support, and operation of the company's critical business platforms and services. This team focuses on ensuring high-quality, efficient, and low-risk delivery of new features and products to end-users. The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a dedicated release management, DevOps, or senior technical delivery role.
• Expert-level knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, project management, cloud platforms, and Source control and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow products and services.
