We are seeking a Director of Renewal Sales to lead our EMEA South Renewals organisation, responsible for driving retention and growth of our existing customer base through strategic renewal execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in renewals, sales, or customer success leadership
- 3+ years managing high-performing teams or second-line leaders in a commercial environment
- Proven ability to scale and optimise renewals sales organisations
- Deep understanding of the enterprise software buying journey, including negotiation, value realisation, and retention drivers
- Experience building employee programs to drive engagement and performance
