Director, SAP S/4 Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director to lead the Technical Program Management (TPM) of our S/4 transformation. This leader will own the development and execution of KPI frameworks, oversee communications across multiple stakeholder groups, and ensure efficient delivery and support of enterprise technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent
• 10+ years of related professional or technical experience
• 5+ years of experience managing people & SAP projects, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA transformation
• 10 + years of overall experience in IT program or portfolio management roles
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, and Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior executives
• Proven track record of developing and managing KPI-driven performance frameworks
