Director, Solution Consulting- Financial Services (Sydney or Melbourne based)

We are seeking a Director of Solution Consulting for Financial Services to lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants and drive strategic transformation with the ServiceNow AI platform across banking, insurance, wealth, payments and superannuation customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading high-performing presales or technical consulting teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence pipeline strategy, forecasting, and customer outcomes
• Ability to communicate compelling business and technical value from C-suite to solution delivery teams
• Depth and breadth of senior customer and ecosystem relationships
• Proven internal matrix leadership and ability to broker compromise across competing priorities
• Track record of high employee engagement, retention, coaching, motivating, and growing talent
• Culture builder who fosters belonging, curiosity, collaboration and performance excellence
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as required across ANZ and to the USA
