ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Strategic Operations to support the Technology Solutions Business Unit. The role will involve solving complex business problems, driving strategy and operations, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of relevant experience, top-notch data analysis and problem-solving skills, and experience working within the product development process.
Requirements
- 15 + years of relevant work experience, preferably in tech strategy/ops functions, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Top-notch data analysis and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize.
- Experience working within the product development process, thrives in a matrixed environment, and can establish credibility with product, engineering, and GTM principals, and an understanding of operational and go-to-market implications of their recommendations.
- Ability to gain and maintain an intimate understanding of key business drivers, proactively proposing ways to increase business performance and efficiency.
- Guide cross-functional initiatives end-to-end lifecycle from strategy, inception, execution, and operationalization
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Outstanding organizational and communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on whatever tasks are necessary to get the job done
- Knowledge of the SaaS space and business model
- Experience with the manufacturing industry, particularly on the operational and IT side, is a plus
- Previous management experience and a track record of developing talent are desirable
