Director, Technical Delivery

Berkley Technology Services is seeking a Director of Technical Delivery to lead delivery across their infrastructure and service management organizations. This role involves leading a team of technical project managers, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing infrastructure-related projects (cloud, networking, server, storage, compute)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Deep experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and project portfolio management platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
