Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director, Value Chain Process Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and governance of mission-critical processes. The ideal candidate will have deep technical process engineering expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to drive transformational change in a complex, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Research, Business, or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, or business transformation
• Lean Six Sigma certification or advanced training in process improvement methodologies
• Proven success directing cross-functional process optimization efforts in complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise-scale process design and value chain transformation
