The position of Disbursements Specialist focuses on ensuring timely and accurate payment for consigned vehicles. Responsibilities include auditing sales, reconciling accounts payable, and providing support for all branches within the organization. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Excel and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Audit and approve the sale of vehicles under legal contract terms.
• Monitor and communicate issues with open expenses to branches.
• Reconcile and generate expense vouchers, including IAA Transport, DMV, and vendors.
• Audit, balance, and prepare remittances to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
