Discovery Developer – ServiceNow SPM

We are seeking a dedicated Discovery Developer specialized in ServiceNow SPM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching, developing, and maintaining Discovery patterns within ServiceNow, focusing on streamlining service management and portfolio activities.

Requirements

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery patterns within the SPM scope.
• Develop, update, and optimize Discovery patterns to support ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management activities.
• Handle incidents related to Discovery workflows, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate Service Mapping and Discovery processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of discovery patterns, procedures, and solutions.
• Stay updated with best practices and new features related to ServiceNow Discovery and SPM.
