Courser is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to manage incoming support requests, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure prompt resolution. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic IT system understanding. The dispatch position provides first-point-of-contact service and contributes to the operational efficiency of the IT support team.

Requirements

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT support requests.
  • Assess and assign priority tickets.
  • Track and monitor ticket progress.
  • Provide updates to clients on request status.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests.

Requirements Summary

HS diploma or equivalent. Experience in IT/helpdesk role is a plus. Basic IT understanding & ticketing system familiarity is desired. Strong organizational & communication skills required
