COURSER is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to join their support team. This role involves managing and prioritizing incoming support requests, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring prompt resolution. The Dispatcher will collaborate effectively with team members, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. A proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills is desired.

Requirements

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Assess priority of incoming tickets.
  • Track and monitor progress of tickets.
  • Provide updates to clients on request status.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
