Dispatcher (m/w/d)

STACKITEers is seeking a Dispatcher to join their STACKIT Solutions business area. This role involves supporting the implementation of cloud services, providing individualized solutions, and coordinating requests for IT support. The dispatcher will ensure efficient IT support, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Completed sales or technical training in IT (e.g. IT System Salesman/Woman, IT Specialist) or similar qualification
• First professional experience in IT support, in a service desk or in a dispatching role
• Good understanding of IT fundamentals and standard IT services (e.g. client hardware, software, network fundamentals)
• Safe handling of tickets systems (e.g. Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
