The Developer Productivity team at ServiceNow is responsible for building, evolving and operating ServiceNow’s end-end development pipeline. As a Distinguished Engineer with the Developer Productivity group, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives that go across all ServiceNow development teams and significantly affect our development speed and quality and developer happiness.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 10+ years software development experience including deep passion for developer productivity and happiness, expertise in modern CICD, Jenkins, GitHub, Java, JavaScript, testing pyramid, and cloud providers.
- Demonstrated success driving CICD transformation of large codebases, improved developer velocity, quality, and happiness.
- Experience working with containers and Kubernetes, ability to influence and work across a large number of development teams, identify and reduce developer friction, evaluate 3rd party technologies and vendors, and present to senior executives.

- Base pay of $250,200 - $437,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
