As a Service Operations and Service Desk Agent, you will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and perform administration duties. You will work with applications and systems to resolve issues, and communicate with users via phone, email, and chat. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Dutch language proficiency (C1 level)
  • English language proficiency (B2 level)
  • Experience in application support/software development and IT service desk
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications
  • Valid EU driving license (Category B or higher)
  • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Familiarity with ticket systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, HPSM, BMC Remedy, monitoring tools, CA Service Desk or similar
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures (optional)
  • Basic understanding of IT security best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility, ownership, and ability to work well under pressure with deadlines
