We are seeking an EL1 Senior ESM DevOps Engineer to join our team. Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms such as Jira Enterprise Service Management, BMC remedy or ServiceNow.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
- Familiarly with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket.
- Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
