Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy
- Experience with AWS or other cloud services
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
- Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
