We are seeking an EL1 Senior ESM DevOps Engineer to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will have experience with ESM or IT service management platforms, strong programming skills, and experience with cloud services and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy
- Experience with AWS or other cloud services
- Familiarly with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket
- Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
