The EMEA Application Management AVP - Supply Chain Finance is responsible for supporting IT Trade Finance applications and tools used by SMBC Trade Finance Operations and the Global Trade Finance Department. The role requires a strong understanding of Trade Finance and (ideally) Supply Chain Finance, with experience in application support and ITIL processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application support, with at least 3 years supporting TF applications
- Strong understanding of Syndications, Agency, Loan Trading and Interest / Fee Calculations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with on-call responsibilities.
