We are seeking an EMEA North Strategic Advisor, Customer Health Assurance to work with our customers in ensuring improvement in adoption, customer satisfaction, and removing obstacles to expanding the long-term partnership as part of the Customer Excellence Group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of related work experience
  • Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform with ServiceNow customers, and in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow architecture and platform
  • Ability to provide expertise and work with internal ServiceNow product teams
