ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Advisor, Customer Health Assurance to join the Customer Excellence Group and help customers improve adoption, satisfaction, and the long-term partnership through a centralized exception process. The role involves solution design, ecosystem orchestration, customer engagement, advocacy, and working with internal teams. The company has been a leader in the AI-enhanced cloud platform space for over 20 years.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of related work experience
  • Experience working with ServiceNow Platform and in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow architecture
  • Experience working with sales, support, and services teams
  • Ability to work with multiple levels of internal ServiceNow product teams
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration, service-oriented architectures and micro-services
  • Knowledge of security, data privacy, and data governance
  • Instant customer credibility and record of building customer relationships
