Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of related work experience
- Experience working with ServiceNow Platform and in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow architecture
- Experience working with sales, support, and services teams
- Ability to work with multiple levels of internal ServiceNow product teams
- Knowledge of enterprise integration, service-oriented architectures and micro-services
- Knowledge of security, data privacy, and data governance
- Instant customer credibility and record of building customer relationships
