Employee Communications and Engagement Program Manager

ServiceNow is seeking an Employee Communications and Engagement Program Manager to lead the end-to-end program management of employee storytelling. This role focuses on ensuring stories reflect brand, values, and editorial standards, involving both in-house and cross-functional collaboration, as well as the creation of performance dashboards and project-based timelines. The program manager will partner with various teams and contribute to shaping the employee experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of project/program management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or background in a related field
• Experience in managing multiple large programs in an enterprise environment
• Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
