We are searching for an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team in Warsaw. The role will support and execute standardized processes related to employee on and off-boarding, benefits, mobility, operations, and compliance. The specialist will analyze and resolve requests from employees, managers, and other customers, and ensure processes achieve full compliance with policy and control environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Human Resources administrative or related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field
- Fluency in English, fluency in other European languages preferred
- Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and ServiceNow or other case management/knowledgebase tools
- Strong relationship skills, ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment independently
- Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
