Employee Relations Consultant Sr. will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues, including investigations, agency charges, employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
- HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations preferred
- Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Fortune/large company experience preferred
