The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for coaching and developing ER Executives, ensuring excellent customer service, managing key projects, and acting as a second point of escalation for complex stakeholder issues. They will also coordinate training and development programs, ensure a positive experience for employees and people managers, and provide evidence-based advice and guidance to people managers.
