End User Computing II

They are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing II to support the delivery of technology services, ensuring high service levels. The role involves system administration, configuration, maintenance, and integration testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years with a Bachelor's or equivalent
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory
• Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
