End User Support – Continuous Improvement role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and small projects in a team environment. The ideal candidate is a driven and dedicated person with IT Operations and project experience, eager to learn.

Requirements

  • Technical analysis of improvements using ServiceNow data, Nexthink and any other appropriate tool
  • Coordination of the improvement initiatives and their implementation
  • Management of several improvement initiatives in parallel
  • Identifying, resolving, or escalation of issues to ensure progress as planned.
  • Performing analysis on specific segments of the service to improve it
  • Collaboration with other IT teams
  • Autonomous management and ownership in managing own small projects
  • Assisting in documenting processes and creation of documentation and operating procedures
