End User Support – Continuous Improvement role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and small projects in a team environment. The ideal candidate is a driven and dedicated person with IT Operations and project experience, eager to learn.
Requirements
- Technical analysis of improvements using ServiceNow data, Nexthink and any other appropriate tool
- Coordination of the improvement initiatives and their implementation
- Management of several improvement initiatives in parallel
- Identifying, resolving, or escalation of issues to ensure progress as planned.
- Performing analysis on specific segments of the service to improve it
- Collaboration with other IT teams
- Autonomous management and ownership in managing own small projects
- Assisting in documenting processes and creation of documentation and operating procedures
