The End User Support Expert is responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support to a diverse group of users. This role involves deploying and administering end-user infrastructure, responding to incidents, providing user assistance, ensuring security, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires flexibility and is available on-hours in order to assist with project restoration and completion.

Requirements
