End User Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Holcim (Southern Germany) GmbH is seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide 1st- and 2nd-level support at their location in Dotternhausen, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a completed training as a systems integration specialist or comparable IT qualification, and experience with IT service management tools and remote support tools.

Requirements

• Completed training as a systems integration specialist, application development specialist or comparable IT qualification
• Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow and familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practice approaches
• Experience with remote support tools like Bomgar
• Familiarity with current operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android) and ability to safely configure IT systems
• Basic knowledge of IT security, networks, and connectivity
